雪菜番茄湯麵

材料


3個大番茄

1罐雪菜

牛肉 (自選)

魚蛋/魚片(自選)

雞粉

 

番茄

1. 番茄洗乾淨後切成小塊備用。

雪菜

2. 雪菜洗乾淨然後揸乾水備用。

3. 把自選的面出水備用。

魚蛋/魚片

4. 把魚蛋和魚片洗乾淨切成小塊。


做法

1. 大火倒一些油到鍋里,熱後倒入番茄炒香。

2. 加入雪菜炒香,然後倒入水調味,大火煮滾,調小火煮約20分鐘後加入魚蛋/魚片煮滾。

3. 加入牛肉。熟後關火。

4. 把湯盛到麵里。

5. 開餐!


 

Tomato Pickled Cabbage Noodle Soup


Ingredients


3 large tomatoes

1 can of pickled cabbage

Noodles (preferred)

Beef (optional)

Fish balls/fish cake (optional)

Chicken bouillon powder


 

Pre-preparation

Tomatoes

1. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small quarters. Set aside.

Pickled Cabbage

2. Rinse the pickled cabbage in water then squeeze dry. Set aside.

Noodles

3. Cook noodles and set aside.

Fish balls/ fish cake

4. Wash the fish balls and fish cake then into small pieces and set aside.


Method

1. Heat oil in a pot then add in tomatoes and stir fry until fragrant.

2. Add the pickled cabbage and continue to stir fry until fragrant. Pour in water, add seasoning and boil on high heat. Once boiled, turn to low heat to simmer for 20 minutes then add in the fish balls/fish cake and boil once again.

3. Add the beef then turn off the fire once cooked.

4. Scoop the soup into the noodles.

5. Serve!
