韓式豬肉生菜包
材料
500g 五花肉
2-3條 蔥
1/2個 小洋蔥
3-4 顆蒜頭
2湯匙 咖啡
1湯匙 綠茶
配料
泡菜
生菜
韓式辣醬
醬油
麻油
做法
1. 鍋裡倒入水,然後吧所有的材料放到鍋裡。用大火煮沸之後,中火煮20分鐘。
注意: 煮豬肉的時間要按照自己豬肉的份量來定。
2. 煮熟後,把豬肉拿出來,放到一邊冷卻。
3. 豬肉冷卻後,切成小片。
4. 吃吧!
Korean Style Pork Lettuce Wraps (Bossam 보쌈)
Ingredients
500g pork belly
2-3 stalks of spring onion
½ small onion
3-4 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp of coffee granules
1 tbsp of green tea leaves (or 1 tea bag)
Sides
Kimchi
Lettuce
Ssamjang (Korean dipping sauce)
Soy sauce
Sesame oil
Method
1. In a pot of cold water, place all the ingredients into the pot. Cover the pot and turn to high heat. Once boiled, turn to medium heat for 20 minutes.
Note: the cooking time for the pork is dependent on the size of your pork.
2. Once cooked, take the pork out of the pot and set aside to cool.
3. Once the pork as cooled, cut into slices.
4. Serve!
