蒜泥白肉
材料
準備功夫
醬料
1. 剁蒜頭和把蔥切成小段。
2. 把醬料的所有材料拌勻備用。
做法
1. 鍋裡倒入水,然後把五花肉,八角,蔥,蒜頭,薑還有煮食酒都放進去。大火煮開調小火煮三十分鐘。
2. 煮熟後拿出來放到冰水裡泡冷備用。
3. 把金針菇和韭菜煮熟,放到盤子上,然後把已冷卻的五花肉切成片,排到蔬菜上。
4. 把醬料倒在五花肉上。
5. 開吃!
Chilli Garlic Sauce Pork
Ingredients

Sauce
1. Chop the garlic and spring onions into a small bowl.
2. Mix all the ingredients of the sauce together ready for use.
Method
1. Fill a pot with water and add in the pork, star anise, spring onions, garlic, ginger and cooking alcohol. Boil the water with high heat and cook for a further 30 minutes after the water has boiled, on low heat.
2. Once the pork has cooked, place the meat into an ice bath until it has cooled down.
3. Boil the vegetables and place onto a plate. Slice the cooled down pork into thin slices and display on top of the vegetables.
4. Pour the sauce over the meat.
5. Serve!
