平底鍋就能做出美味的迷你肉鬆麵包卷


材料


5片麵包

2隻蛋

1茶匙蔥

½ 茶匙芝麻

1杯肉鬆

5 湯匙沙拉醬

1 包紫菜


 

預備功夫

麵包

1. 麵包切邊。

雞蛋

2. 把蔥切成小小段加入蛋裡。加入芝麻拌勻。

肉鬆和紫菜

3. 把紫菜弄碎加入肉鬆裡拌勻。


做法

1. 放一些肉鬆到一片麵包上然後捲緊。需要的話可以用牙籤固定一下麵包。

提示: 剩下一些肉鬆備用(第3步驟)。

2. 把麵包卷沾上蛋漿然後在一個不沾鍋裡放一點點的油,用中火煎至金黃。

3. 把煎好的麵包卷切成一半,在麵包卷的頭尾塗上沙拉醬然後沾一些之前剩下的肉鬆。

4. 可以吃了!



 

Mini Pork Floss Bread Rolls


Ingredients


5 slices bread

2 eggs

1 tsp spring onions

½ tsp sesame seeds

1 cup pork floss

5 tbsp Mayonnaise

1 pack seaweed


 

Pre-preparation

Bread

1. Cut off the sides of the bread.

Eggs

2. Chop the spring onions into small thin pieces and put into eggs. Add sesame seeds to the eggs and whisk together.

Pork floss & Seaweed

3. Mix the seaweed into the pork floss.


Method

1. Spoon some pork floss and seaweed onto a slice of bread and roll it up tightly. Secure with a toothpick if needed.

Note: Leave some pork floss and seaweed mix for the ends of the bread roll (step 3).

2. Soak the bread roll in the egg mixture and pan fry in a lightly greased pan until golden brown with medium heat.

3. Cut the bread rolls in half and spread some mayonnaise onto each end of the bread roll. Dip the ends of the bread roll into the leftover pork floss and seaweed mix.

4. Serve!
