酥脆炸香蕉·菠蘿·洋蔥圈甜品小吃

預備功夫

小吃

1. 把香蕉,菠蘿和洋蔥切成自己喜歡的形狀備用。


做法

1. 自發粉加鹽,冷水拌勻再加入油,然後放入冰箱裡10至15分鐘左右就可以用脆漿了。

注意:脆漿一定要用冷水開和放入冰箱裡等10至15分鐘才能開始用。

注意:用脆漿的時候一定要再次拌勻才用。

2. 預先把香蕉,菠蘿和洋蔥撲上生粉備用。

3. 鍋內倒入油,然後一塊一塊的把小吃放進脆漿內。油熱後,用中火把小吃放到鍋裡炸至金黃。 拿出,放到已經放好油紙的盤子上,吸走過量的油。

4. 可以吃了!


 

Fry Batter Snacks

Pre-preparation

1. Cut up the bananas, pineapples and onions into desired size and set aside.


Method

1. Whisk the salt, cold water and self-raising flour well together before adding the oil. Mix well and place in the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes.

Note: Placing the batter into the fridge and using cold water is a must for the batter to turn out well.

Note: Once the batter has been taken out of the fridge, stir the batter before using.

2. Lightly pat the bananas, pineapples and onions in corn starch.

3. Pour oil into a pot and cover the snacks with batter. Once the oil has been heated, fry the snacks until golden brown using medium heat. Careful not overcrowd the pot as it will drop the oil temperature. Once golden brown, take out and place onto a paper towel lined plate to absorb the excess oil.

4. Serve!
